The hand switch is used to collect audio recordings of the complaint which we can playback on the computer.

To access the SETUP menu

Record Trigger

Set the External button to ON
Set the Level to OFF
Set the Delay to -30S

Go to the
Audio Recording
​
Press No. 8 button
Audio Recording:
​
Set the Max Audio Duration to 60s
Set the Gain to 48dB
Set the Format to 16 bit
Set the Sampling to 48kHz
