Dust monitor

The DM30 is an efficient, MCERTS accredited monitor for use in situations where you need to monitor PM10, 2.5 and 1 with or without access to mains power.

How to Pole Mount:

What you need:

2 x Jubilee Clips (70-90mm)
Sturdy post for mounting (tripod can be provided)
Mounting bracket (provided)
Security Torx screwdriver bit (T25 size)
Philips and flathead screwdrivers

Step 1:
Unscrew the mounting pin, found on the bottom of the monitor. Screw driver required.

Step 2:

Attach 2 x 70-90 mm jubilee clips to the mounting plate.

Step 3:

Place the mounting bracket back onto monitor chassis. (note: it may be a tight fit due to the clips)

Step 4:

Reattach the mounting pin on the bottom of the monitor.

Step 5:

Tighten the jubilee clips around the tripod centre post and insert into the tripod.

TIP:

Always install the monitor with the inlet facing up.

Designed to be mounted 1.5 metres above the ground.

How to Wall Mount:

Fix the monitor to the wall (or hoarding) using 4 screws & 4 heavy-duty wall plugs if required. Ensure it is firmly in position with the screws as shown below.

(Screws not supplied - installer needs to select the appropriate screws based on the material the monitor is being affixed to.)

How to Power ON:

Connect power supply cable to the bottom of the unit (See image below).

As soon as power is supplied the monitor will begin monitoring. You know power is supplied when the green light is active.

How to Power OFF:

Unplug the power cable.

My DM30 dust monitor is powered on, but not data is coming through, why is this?

Generally, if the monitor is powered on (you see a green light inside the cabinet), yet is not sending data to the cloud, this will be due to a lack of signal at the current location. Try relocating the monitor to another position on site. If data is still not coming through, please contact our support team for assistance.
My DM30 monitor is showing red on Sonitus Cloud, why is this?

Generally, this will be an indication that the monitor is not receiving power. Please check all cables are attached correctly and have not been damaged. If the monitor is powered by battery, please make sure this is charged. Due to low voltage protection features of the monitor, a battery with charge percentage below 30% should be considered flat and will need to be charged.
